* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped * Onions, 1/2 cup, chopped * Garlic, 1 clove * Lime Juice, 1 lime * Cilantro, 1 tbsp * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1/2 pepper * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper * Salt, 1 dash
Chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro and peppers and combine in a bowl. Add the juice of one lime and a dash of salt.
This recipes make roughly 2 cups total, so a serving size is half a cup. You can easily adjust any of the measurements to suit your individual tastes. My family usually adds slices of avocado.
