Boullette( German meat patties)

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground pork1 pound lean gound beef 1 large onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced4 slices day old bread( soaked in water and squeezed excess water out)1 egg. 1 tsp each salt and pepper 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning4 tablespoons fresh parsely ,minced
Directions
mix all ingredients together and form into small patties,. pan fry or grill until cooked through. serve with spud, veggies and a salad.
can be made into meatballs for appetizers also.

    I love this recipe, my German mom used to make this a lot. The only thing she did that was different was to roll them in dry bread crumbs before frying - 7/29/09
