Ingredients
Wash a large cantaloupe and slice in half. Scoop out seeds. Fill cavity with 1 cup of lowfat cottage cheese. Top with fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries or simply a dash of cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and wrap in foil. Easy to take along to work if you have a place for cold storage and just eat out of the natural rind bowl. No clean up. Don't forget to take your spoon along. (Prepare the other half at the same time and you have a no fuss second meal).

I bring this to work several times a week. It's super fast to make (and you make them 2 at a time), so delicious, and very filling. Luuurve it! - 5/26/08

I eat this a lot when cantaloupe is in season, but I never thought to add cinnamon. Thanks for the tip. =) - 5/18/08
