my homemade shortcut lasagna

Ingredients
1 c nonfat cottage cheese15 lasagna noodles (regular or non cook)1/2 c Parmesean cheese- fresh is best6 TBSP parsley8 C Speghetti sauce1 lb ground turkey
Directions
Brown Ground turkey. Mix in sauce and any veggie/ extra seasonings you like. In a cake pan put in 2 cups sauce mixture, then add a layer of noodle (about 5), then a layer of sauce with cottage cheese, parmesean, and mozzerella. Another layer of 5 noodles and top with remainder sauce/mozzerella. Bake with foil over top for 60 minutes at 350, cut into 15 peieces.
