Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice, uncooked1 8 oz. can water chesnuts1 9.75 oz. can chicken breast1/2 cup frozen corn1/2 cup broccoli1/2 cup egg beatersa few sprays of Pam pan spray1/4 soy sauce
Directions
Cook rice, yield 2 cups cooked brown rice.
In large wok, spray pan with Pam. Scramble egg beaters inthe pan. Add rice, corn, broccoli, water chesnuts, and chicken. Mix well & heat well. Add soy sauce to taste.
Makes 4 apx. 1/2+ cup servings.
