Lebanese Garlic-Marinated Chicken on the Grill

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 lbsGarlic, 4 cloves crushedSea Salt, 1 tspLemon juice, 1/2 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3/4 cupPaprika, 1 tsp
Directions
Create a paste with the sea salt and garlic. Add lemon juice, oil, paprika and pepper. Mix. Add chicken. Marinade for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.

Grill. Baste chicken with marinade.

    I did NOT use 3/4 cup olive oil - that was just too much. I maybe used 2T instead and added more lemon juice to cover the chicken. Great taste, and definitely let it marinade over night. The chicken takes in the flavor of the lemon really well. - 8/18/09
