1 lb. extra lean ground turkey/chicken1/4 cup bread crumbs1 large egg white1/4 cup nonfat milk1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon dried rosemary1 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepperolive oil spray
Makes 16 meatballs. Mix all ingredients together in bowl then place on preheated cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil. Bake at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
