Whole Wheat Protein Enriched Banana Bread

1c Splenda granulated sugar substitute1 stick butter, room temp2 eggs3 ripe bananas1 tbsp milk1c all purpose flour1c whole wheat flour1 tbsp cinnamon1tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 scoop Soy Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
Butter a loaf pan and set the oven to 325F
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.
Mash banana in another bowl, then add cinnamon and milk to bananas. Mix well. Add bananas to creamed mixture.
Sift together dry ingredients, then add slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
