Ingredients
2 cups Shredded Lettuce (by in bag to save time)2 or 3 Ripe Roma Tomatoes Chopped1 medium Red Onion Chopped1 medium Bell Pepper Chopped1 can of Sweet Corn1 can of Pinto Beans2 cups of Low Fat French Salad Dressing (can substitute salsa if preferred)26 Baked Tostitos Chips Crushed1 cup of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Directions
Dice tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion
Drain Corn and Pinto Beans
Crush Baked Tortilla chips
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss

Your favorite salsa can be substituted in place of the dressing.
