1 1/2lb chicken breast1 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp onion powder1 cup nonfat catalina salad dressing1 (1.1 oz) packet dry onion soup mix1 (10oz) jar apricot preserves
1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker; sprinkle with garlic and onion powder. Combine salad dressing, soup mix, and preserves in small bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

So Gooood!! I will deff make it again!! i had some left overs the next morning, and so I put some onions in the pan, and threw the chicken breasts in and when they got soft i shredded them with a fork and added some black beans in.. and you have instant chicken tacos!!!
