Ingredients
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained1 can corn, drainedcilantro to taste - I like a lot (1/2 cup)1 can diced tomatoes1 med tomato, diced 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (if desired)2 Tablespoons red onoin, dicedsouthwest seasoning - can use taco seasoning or chili powder - to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients in large bowl. This recipe makes 6 cups.
