Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup water1 cup milk, non fat2 eggs2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Beat flour, milk and eggs until all lumps are removed. Add water and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator for 5 minutes to remove air bubbles. Place 1/4 cup in crepe pan, swirl to evenly coat. Flip when sides begin to curl up. Place done crepes on warm plate.
