Ruthie's Salmon Chowder

1/4 cup canned salmon - wild caught Alaskan1 medium potato1 medium sweet onion1 7 inch carrot1.5 cups bottled water1/8 t. cayenne pepper2 t. garlic powder1/2 cup bottled water1 cup whole raw milksea salt to taste
Chop potatoes, carrots, and onion and add about a cup and a half of bottled water. Cook until boiling in a 1 quart stainless steel or glass pot. Turn down heat and simmer about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add 1/4 cup canned salmon, garlic, cayenne pepper, and sea salt to taste. Simmer 5 more minutes.
Add 1 cup of whole milk just before serving. Add sea salt to taste. Makes 3 1- cup servings
