Chicken Asparagus Roll Ups

Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless and skinlessCheese4 AsparagusLemon juice SaltPepperOnion powderGarlic powder
Directions
Take chicken breast and pound until flat
Pour lemon juice on chicken
Put asparagus in middle
Put a slice of cheese on top
Roll up
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top
Add a dash of onion and garlic powder
Roll up in foil
Bake at 450 for 30 minutes
