Butter Herb Baked Fish

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. tilapia filets25 saltine crackers2 T. margarine or butter3 T. parmesan cheese1-1/2 t. oregano1-1/2 t. basil1 t. garlic powder
Directions
Wash thawed filets, pat dry. Put saltines and rest of dry ingredients in ziploc bag and crush. Melt butter; brush on fish filets. Roll filets in crumb mixture; place in baking dish. Use all crumbs (put extra on top of fish). Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. or until flaky and tender.

(Any mild white fish may be substituted for the tilapia.)
