1 LB. lean ground turkey1/4 c bread crumbst olive oilT. lemon juicet saltt ground sage1/4 t ground pepper4 oz.mozzarella
mix ingredients and form into patties, placing a half ounce of mozzarella cheese in the center of each pattie (optional). Spoon T. of marinara sauce onto each pattie. My family enjoys thier turkey burgers on whole wheat buns.This recipe is also a great sausage substitute.
