Spinach ham and cheese quiche

Ingredients
1 Pie Crust3 Lg Eggs1 C. Skim Milk1/2 C. Diced Ham1 C. Cheddar Cheese1/2 Pkg Frozen Spinach, drained1tsp Salt1tsp Pepper
Directions
Let pie crust sit out about 10 mins. before you start to put ingredients in the shell. It's simple, lay the cheese, spinach and ham in the bottom of the pie crust. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour the mixture over the ingredients in the crust. Bake at 375 for 45-55 mins. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 8 servings at about 200 calories, have fun with it......... add or take out whatever you like, spinach and onion is good too!!! You can throw anything into a quiche!!!
