Ingredients
Tilapia filets...1 per personlemon juice...1 Tblsp per filetsalt, pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash to tastegrated cheese...1 tblsp per filet mayonaise...1 tblsp per filetBake at 350 degreesmakes as many servings as you want
Directions
Spray the baking dish with PAM and add 1 filet of fish for each serving. Top each with a spoonful of lemon juice and salt and pepper. You can also add a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning such as garlic powder or Mrs. Dash. Mix 1 tablespoon of mayo and 1 of shredded cheese for each filet in a small bowl and set aside. Bake the fish until at least half done. then top with cheese mixture. Bake a few mins longer and then switch on the broiler to make the cheese get all puffy, but don't overcook the fish. set oven at 350 degrees...I use a toaster oven to cook it for my husband and myself and usually set it at the max temp. and just watch it. It does not take long at all to cook.
