10 Brussel Sprouts cleaned and quartered1 lb fresh green beans1 med Red Bell Pepper cut into strips1 med onion cut into strips2 cloves garlic minced1 T Olive Oil1 Splash of dry white wineSalt To tastePepper To taste

In a large saute pan, heat olive oil and add vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add garlic. Saute until onions are translucent. Add splash of wine and allow it cook off a bit.
