Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 1 cup Flour, white, .5 cup Granulated Sugar, 12 tsp Poppy seed, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Milk, nonfat, .75 cup Yogurt, lowfat plain or lemon, .25 cup Egg white, 2 serving Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingred. Mix all wet ingred. Combine wet and dry ingred. Mix well. Pour by 1/4 Cups onto hot griddle. Makes 10 - 1/4 C servings.
