1/2 BONELESS, SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTJUICE OF 1 LEMON1/2 TEAS BLACK PEPPEROR 1/4 CUP COMMERCIAL MARINADE1 TBLS OLIVE OIL

MARINATE CHICKEN WITH LEMON AND PEPPER OR USE 1/4 CUP COMMERCIAL MARINADE FOR ABOUT 1/2 HOUR. HEAT OIL IN PAN AND SEAR CHICKEN UNTIL GOLDEN. BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN COVERED FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS FULLY COOKED.
