Chicken and Black Bean

Ingredients
One jar of Black Bean and Red Pepper Sauce, Two Chicken Breast, no skin, about 2lbOne Green Bell Pepper, 1 cut into strips One Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 cut into stripsOne Onion, raw, about 1 cup, coarsely choppedOne - two tlb Olive Oil
Directions
Cook chicken in deep pan or wok, add veg and simmer a few minutes. Pour black bean sauce over the chicken mixture and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve over brown or white rice

Other vegetables can be added such as carrots or zucchini etc.
