Lima Bean Soup

Ingredients
Lima beans, diced tomatoes with juice, vegetable broth, onion, leeks, corn, green chilis
Directions
Follow package directions regarding soaking beans before cooking.

Dice onion, slice bulb of leeks and add all ingredients to pot with beans. Cover with water and cook on medium heat with lid for approximately 2 hours or until beans are tender. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning.

Soup can be served with brown rice
