Whole Chicken1 Onion1 Cilantro3-4 Cloves GarlicBrown Rice
Directions
Buy a whole chicken, clean it , skin it if you wish, though keeping skin on tenderizes meat more. Place Chicken, onions (chopped), cilantro (chopped) and garlic (chopped) into crock pot. Cook on low heat all day long.

Boil brown rice (enough for group you are feeding) til done.

Serve together with your choice of vegetable on the side.
