rich butter milk biscuits

Ingredients
milk 1% 0.50 csalt 0.50 tspshortening 28.30 gbaking powder 1 tspbaking soda 0.10 tspwhite flour 1 cvinegar 1 tbsp
Directions
put in bowl flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt mix together, cut shortening into the mix then when it looks like sand mix the milk and lemon juice or vinegar " dosen't matter either one" into the milk just untill mixed then put the dough on a lightly floured surface roll out into a rectangle about 2" thick and cut to make 12

cook @ 450F for about 10 mins. or untill golden brown on top , makes 12
