Apple-Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
21/4 cups oat bran cereal1/4 cup brown sugar11/2 tsp cinnamon1 TBS baking powder1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup walnuts1/2 cup skim milk3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate2 egg whites2 TBS vegetable oil1 apple chopped
Directions
Chop cored apple in a food processor. Mix in wet ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients and mix well. Lastly, add the fruit and nuts and mix lightly.
Line muffin tin . Makes 12 muffins . Bake at 425 degrees for 17 minutes.
