Balsamic Glazed Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients
6 oz cremini mushroomspinch saltpinch pepper3/4 tsp. fresh thyme2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar2 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Coat mushrooms with 1 tsp. olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Roast in 500F oven for 6-7 minutes. Turn and roast for another 6-7 minutes. Mean while heat saute pan over medium heat. Heat 1 tsp olive oil. Add roasted mushrooms. Toss. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and toss until vinegar has evaporated.
