Chicken Breast - 1.5 poundsCream of Chicken Soup - 2 cansSour Cream - 2 cupsNabisco Ritz Crackers - 80 crackers1/4 cup melted butter
Makes 8 1 cup servings
Boil chicken and chop in small pieces
mix with sour cream, soup and 40 crackers (crushed)
pour into greased baking pan (9x13) crush remaining cracker and combine with melted butter. spread over chicken mix and bake 40 minutes @ 375 degrees (covered with foil).
