Turkey Meatball Subs

For the Meatballs:Lean Ground Turkey (1 pound) Italian Bread Crumbs (1/2 a cup)Egg Beaters (1/4 a cup)For the Sauce:Alfredo Sauce (1/2 a cup)Spaghetti Sauce (1/2 a cup) For the Subs: Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls (4; Recipe makes 4 subs) Mozzarella Cheese
To Make the Meatballs:
Preheat the over to 350 degrees
Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, and egg beaters.
On a greased baking sheet roll out meatballs (slightly smaller than a golf balls).
Bake for 20-25 mins.
To Make the Sauce:
Mix the Alfredo and spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan on low until heated.
To Assemble to Subs:
Place meatballs on the Hoagies. Smother in sauce and place mozzarella cheese on top. Place in the oven until cheese is melted (about 5 mins.). Enjoy!
