Ingredients
1/2 cup Quaker Oats1/4 cup canned pumpkin1/2 tsp baking powder2-3 tsp of splenda1/2 waterFor Icing:2 Tbsp fat free cream cheese1 tsp splenda
Directions
Prepare single muffin tin or ramekin with nonstick cooking spray. Mix ingredients together. Bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes. Can top with cream cheese icing. Enjoy!
