Ingredients
Banana,ripe 2 Egg, fresh, 2 Sugar, 1/2 cup Buttermilk, 1/4 cup Salt, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1/2 cup Flour 1 3/4 cupRaisins, 1 cup Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (not too small)mix all ingreients well, than pour in loaf pan (9X5)(dont forget to grease it). bake at 375 for 1 hour. sometimes i need to cook alittle longer. Cool in pan for about 5 minutes and then invert onto a cooling rack. Cut, and enjoy!!
