Ingredients
* Scallops, raw, 4 unit 2 large or 5 small * Garlic, 2.5 tsp * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor, 1 container, individual
Directions
makes 1-2 servings
chop garlic and wash scallops. boil water and place ramen noodles and seasoning in the water once boiled. use olive oil in a sautee pan and brown the garlic a little bit, then add in the scallops and keep them moving so they dont turn brown. drain noodles when done and place on a plate/bowl, then top with scallops.
