Dinner Rolls with Honey and Non-fat Powdered Milk

1/4 cup honey1 Cup warm water1 pkg env Yeast1/3 cup non fat dry milk1/3 cup unsalted butter melted2 eggs1 tsp salt4 1/2 cups flourcooking spray
dissolve honey and yeast in warm water.
stand until foamy. Stir in Powder milk, butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually add in flour. Knead 8 minutes.
If using a Kitchen-aid mixer, dump in all ingredients and let machine mix on low-2 until well kneaded.
Rise until doubled, punch down and rise again 30 minutes. Shape into rolls and let rise 30 minutes before baking.
Bake 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
I make 35 round rolls on my baking sheet.
7 rows with 5 rolls in each row.
Each roll will be about 1 ounce each.
