Egg, fresh, 5 medium Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Parsley, 1.5 cup Spearmint, 3 tbsp *Flour, white, 0.5 cup Salt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
* stir the egg's till they become egg omelet then add to them all the other ingredients and mix them well together.
* keep them aside.
* using a wide pan, spread some oil in it and pour the mixture in it.
* leave it on for 10 min. on the oven .
*then put it inside the oven for other 5 min.
