Ingredients
Beef 200gramOnion raw 1 med (sliced)Sunflower Oil 0.5 cupCurry powder 2tbspGarlic 3 cloves (finely chopped)lentil 50gramwater 3 cuptomato 1 large chopped
Directions
heat the oil.
put slicedonion n fry till soft
put garlic n beef n stir well (bhuno) till color of beef changes now put tomato in it.
when tomato is soft add 2 cup water n leave to simmer till beef tender n no water left.
on other side boil ;lentil in 1 cup water when cooked blend it .
now add cooked beef in blended lentil n for few minutes leave to simmer.
