Tasty Flax muffins

Ingredients
Molasses, blackstrap, 0.66 cup Brown Sugar, 0.66 cup, packed Vanilla Extract, 2 tspAlmond Extract 2 tspCanola Oil, 0.50 cupFrozen Squash 2 cups Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Ginger, ground, 4 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp Soy Flour, 2 cup, stirred Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 2 tsp Rice flour, brown, 1 cup Oat Four, 1 cup Ground flax seed, 1 cup Raisins, 0.30 cup, packed Walnuts, 0.50 cup, chopped Cranberries, dried, sweetened 0.50 cup
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all the liquids and brown sugar first. Then add the flours and spices, everything but the fruit and nuts. Go slow on the last of the four until you have a consistency that just holds ridges. Then add fruits and nuts. Cook in muffin tins sprayed with Baking Pam for 35 minutes.
