Low Fat 7-Layer Super Quick Spanish Dip

3 Cups Fat Free Refried Beans1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives1.5 Cup Fresh or Jarred Salsa1.5 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese1 Cup Green Onions, Chopped1 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1 Cup Chopped or Pureed Avocaco
Using a 13x9 inch pan or one of simliar size:
1. Layer the bottom of the pan with the refried beans
2. Layer the beans with the salsa
3. Alternate dollups of sour cream and avocado, and spread together so there is a mixed layer of the two
4. Layer with shredded cheese
5. Layer with green onions & olives
Refrigerate overnight for best results
