Fried Morel Mushrooms

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh,1/4 lb.Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, .5 large Milk, nonfat, 3 Tbls.Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1/3 sleeve, finely crushed Pepper, black, 2 dash
Directions
Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel (I rinse and dry mine). Cut large mushrooms in half.
Heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Beat eggs with milk in shallow dish. Dip mushrooms in egg/milk mixture and coat with cracker. Carefully place in hot oil. Mushrooms cook quickly. Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip them and cook until golden brown on other side.
Remove from pan when done and drain on paper towels.

Season with salt & more pepper as desired. (Salt not included in nutrician).
