Blackberry Spinach Salad

6 cups baby spinach1 cup fresh blackberries4 slices of onion2 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1 Tbsp honey1 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2/3 cup crumbled feta
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, blackberries, tomatoes and onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
