Vegetarian Oat, Sausage and egg Loaf

Ingredients
Ingredients:Sosmix, 350 gram(s) egg whites, 500 gram(s) Onions, chopped, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp Oats w oat bran, wheat bran and flaxseed Rogers 2 cupswater 1 cup
Directions
Mix together everything except the egg whites and water. Then add egg whites and water , mix thoroughly, and put in parchement lined pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Slice into 16, wrap and refrigerate.
