Ingredients
1/2 c. Pineapple, Orange, Banana Juice1/4 c. Skim Milk8-10 Frozen Strawberries (or other berries)6 oz. container Vanilla yogurt (not plain)4 packets Splenda1 Tbsp. Finely milled Flax Seed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Chop/Puree until desired consistency. If using fresh berries, add a few cubes of ice.
Makes 2-3 servings
