    I substituted kale w/ spinach, plus threw some blueberries, carrot, romaine lettuce , ginger and threw in an extra apple. I added an ice cube at the end for easier drinking. Didn't forget to squeeze a 1/4 of a lemon. It was incredibly good and very easy to drink. Yes...would do it again !! - 6/28/09
