Ingredients
Banana, fresh, .5 cup, sliced Peaches, fresh, .5 cup slices Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves Sometimes I use fresh and sometimes frozen. It's better if some fruits are frozen. You can use whatever fruit is available. Milk, nonfat, .25 cup Dannon Activia Strawberry Yogurt, 4 oz., 1 serving - I use different flavors depending on what I have on hand. Ice - I cup crushed
Directions
Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth! Yum!
