1 box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained1/2 C light mayo5 Tbsp pickle relish1 red onion, chopped2 large stalk of celery (about 6 inches), chopped
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Chill before serving.

    Nice and easy! I added a bit of dry mustard, salt and pepper but over all a great recipe. - 6/16/09
