Orange Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp SPLENDA 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp table salt 1 6 oz bag of baby spinach 1 cup canned mandarin oranges packed in juice (drained) 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 small red onion, sliced thin 1 Tbsp slivered almonds 2 Tbsp Ocean Spray Cherry flavored Craisins
Directions
Prepare dressing: Combine in bowl with whisk, orange juice, vinegar, splenda, and olive oil.

Salad: Combine spinach, orange segments, mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle with almonds and craisins.
Just before serving, toss with vinegrette.
