chicken and veg soup

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (no skin) 3 clves garlic 2 carrots 1 leek 1 parsnip 1 set potato 2 sticks celery cup of lenils 2 chicken stock cubes black pepper to taste olive oil 2 pints water
Directions
in a large pan add diced chicken , lightly brown in oil then remove from pan.add vegetables and rest of ingredients to pan bring to boil turn heat down return chicken to pan then leave to simmer for about 1 hour.stiring regually.
