Doubled recipe above, but here is singe verison:4 cups apples, thinly sliced1/4 cup orange juice3/4 cup all purpose flour1 cup sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1 pinch salt1/2 cup margarine
Slice apples and arrange in pie plate. Sprinkle with orange juice. In medium bowl mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well. Add margarine being careful not to overmix. Should resemble coarse crumbs. Scatter over the apples. Bake in preheated 375F oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
