Fried Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken cutlets1 egg1 cup seasoned bread crumbs1 cup corn oil
Directions
Coat chicken with whipped egg.
Dip into easoned bread crumbs, coat well.

In a large, covered frying pan, heat oil on medium heat while you are coating the cutlets.

Place cutlets in 1 layer in hot oil, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

Turn and cook, covered, until done.
