Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
carrots, yellow onions, potatoes, curry sauce mix, water, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Clean and dice vegetables and add water. Bring to a boil, then add curry mix. Reduce to low heat and stir occasionally. Remove from heat when vegetables are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes four servings.
