Ingredients
Spaghetti, 1 pound1/4 c olive oil1/4 c melted butter1/4 c chopped parsley3 cloves garlic (or more, to taste)
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain.

In large skillet over low heat, saute parsley, garlic and oil 10-15 minutes, until garlic is golden brown. Remove garlic cloves and toss with pasta and butter. Serve warm.

    We make this all the time. No butter though just some sea salt. Try a little dried pepper crumbled into the oil and garlic it adds a kick. Also if there are leftovers just throw in some meat and warm up with it. Great with pork and chicken. - 4/24/09
